Content Publishing in Frase allows you to publish completed articles directly to your website once content creation is finished. Publishing is the final step in the Frase content workflow, connecting content generation with live distribution and performance tracking.

Once your article is generated, you can send it directly to your CMS from Frase.

Content Journey Integration

Publishing is integrated into the overall content flow:

  1. Run Research

  2. Create a Brief

  3. Generate the article

  4. Publish directly from Frase

  5. Track performance via analytics

Publishing Setup (One-Time)

Before publishing, you must connect your CMS.

Setup steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Connect your CMS

  3. Test the connection to confirm it works

  4. Configure publishing preferences

This setup only needs to be completed once per site.

Publishing Process

Once your article is ready, you can publish it directly from Frase.

Step-by-step:

  1. Open your article in Frase

  2. Review your content scores.

  3. Click the Publish button ("CMS Ready") and select your destination

  4. Choose the publishing status:

    • Draft

    • Published

  5. Confirm—your content is sent to your CMS

Frase does not automatically default to draft. You choose whether content is published as a draft or live.

Key Limitations to Know

  • One-way sync Changes made in your CMS will not sync back to Frase.

  • Connection required Publishing requires CMS authentication (API keys or credentials).

  • Plan limits apply Publishing availability depends on your current plan.
