# Invite Your Team

Frase helps teams plan, create, review, and publish content in a clear, structured workflow. With defined roles, document statuses, assignments, and collaboration tools, you can reduce bottlenecks and keep projects moving.

{% hint style="success" %}
Built-in [Brand DNA](https://docs.frase.io/advanced/brand-dna)ensures every contributor stays aligned from draft to publication.
{% endhint %}

### How to Invite Teammates

{% hint style="warning" %}
Only account Owners and Admins can manage user invites and permissions.
{% endhint %}

1. Log into your account and click **Settings**.
2. Navigate to *Team* and click **Invite Member**.
3. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite, and set their permissions. Voila!

### User Roles & Permissions

Admins have full control over user permissions under **Settings** **→ Team**. Assign each teammate as either an Admin, Editor, or Viewer depending on the level of access they need.

### Features & Workflows for Teams

Frase gives teams a multitude of collaborative features to move content from idea to publication—while maintaining brand consistency at every stage.

#### 1. Document Statuses & Assignments

In Frase, content progresses through defined stages: **Draft → Review → Published**

* Assign documents or entire [Projects](https://docs.frase.io/advanced/projects) to establish clear ownership and review workflows.
* Team members can filter articles between **content stages** and **user assignment**. This keeps projects organized, reduces bottlenecks, and ensures nothing gets stuck waiting for feedback.

#### 2. In-Document Collaboration

Request revisions, track **version history,** and create a feedback loop with Frase's document collaboration tools.

**In-line comments** make it easy to flag copy needing tweaks and iterate across your team. Use **share links** to pull in collaborators, whether in-house or external, for feedback and approval—with full visibility and privacy controls.

#### 3. Built-In Brand DNA

With [**Brand DNA**](https://docs.frase.io/advanced/brand-dna), teams can define **brand tone and style** once and apply it across all content. **Reference Documents** and **Terminology** act as a centralized AI knowledge base so your team stays consistent.

{% hint style="success" %}
Together, workflow states, brand controls, and shared references create a collaborative system that helps teams publish faster without sacrificing quality or alignment.
{% endhint %}
