# Invite Your Team

Frase helps teams plan, create, review, and publish content in a clear, structured workflow. With defined roles, document statuses, assignments, and collaboration tools, you can reduce bottlenecks and keep projects moving.

### How to Invite Teammates

Only account Owners and Admins can manage user invites and permissions.

1. Log into your account and click **Settings**.
2. Navigate to *Team* and click **Invite Member**.
3. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite, and set their permissions. Voila!

### User Roles & Permissions

Admins have full control over user permissions under **Settings** **→ Team**. Assign each teammate as either an Admin, Editor, or Viewer depending on the level of access they need.

* Team members can filter articles between **content stages** and **user assignment**. This keeps projects organized, reduces bottlenecks, and ensures nothing gets stuck waiting for feedback.

#### 2. In-Document Collaboration

Request revisions, track **version history,** and create a feedback loop with Frase's document collaboration tools.&#x20;

**In-line comments** make it easy to flag copy needing tweaks and iterate across your team. Use **share links** to pull in collaborators, whether in-house or external, for feedback and approval—with full visibility and privacy controls.
